The talent market
Filipino semiconductor professionals typically come from assembly, test and electronics manufacturing environments with strong process discipline. Many have held technician, senior technician and engineer roles on the same equipment families Indian plants are now installing.
Philippine engineers and technicians frequently work overseas and in multinational teams, which means many are used to relocating for assignments, documenting their work and training others as part of the job.

How it works
A workforce diagnostic sets the roles, levels and number of mobilised professionals you need, and for how long.
We source, assess and prepare candidates, and manage visas, relocation and employer-of-record arrangements where direct employment is not yet practical.
Mobilised technicians and engineers work alongside Indian candidates who have come through a Nirji workforce programme. Their coaching is structured, and local capability is measured against the Nirji Workforce Architecture until the local team is ready.
The Philippines is a strong market for hands-on technician and maintenance roles, which are often the hardest to fill in a new Indian plant.
